Return Policy

Lavoisi promises that in line with the following circumstances, customers can contact Lavoisi sales staff for returns and exchanges. Specific return and exchange standards are as follows:


1. Quality problems:


Within 3 months from the time of shipment due to the product's appearance, state, physical and chemical properties and other indicators, and the product quality standard indicators do not match; customers to provide proof of the existence of product defects in the photographs or diagrams, verified by our technical department to confirm that there are quality defects in the product, unconditional return and exchange of goods (due to improper use of the product by the customer, storage of products improperly caused by quality problems and more than 3 months from the date of shipment will not accept). Returns and exchanges will not be accepted.)


2. Incorrect or damaged products


  Customers who find inconsistent products or damaged product packaging upon receipt of goods shall apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after receipt of the goods.

 

3. Customer side reasons:


Non-quality problems, customized products, futures products, low-temperature storage products, product packaging has been opened and more than 1 month from the date of shipment, do not accept return and exchange applications.
